Road and Bridge
Our mission is to maintain and improve the County's road network. Morgan County Road & Bridge deals strictly with County roads, right-of-way, bridges and road signs. Morgan County is split into FOUR road districts:
Eastern District (est. 1942)
Western District (est. 1942)
Barnett Special (est. 1914)
Gravois Mills Special (est. 1952)
Examples of Routine Maintenance: gravel placement, road grading, pothole filling, culvert replacement, signage, concrete panel repair, bridge/low water crossing repair or replacement, etc.

**Current Roads/Bridges Closed**
Miller Lane. Just East of 23695 Miller lane and into Miller County. The low water crossing collapsed.
11/13/24 Bridge on Pyrmont Road was closed by State Inspectors.
